No. Our service is exclusively for businesses: hotels, holiday apartments, restaurants, bars, clinics, care homes, hospitals and industrial companies with uniformed staff. We do not serve private clients.
Yes. All our services include pickup and delivery at your premises with our own fleet, at the agreed time. No need to transport linens to our facility.
We serve Campo de Gibraltar (San Roque, Algeciras, La Línea, Los Barrios, Tarifa, Jimena), western Costa del Sol (Sotogrande, Manilva, Sabinillas, Estepona) and Cadiz Bay (Cadiz city, San Fernando, Puerto Real). If your business is nearby but not listed, please ask.
The most common is next-day delivery after pickup. For clients with daily service, rotation is same-afternoon or next-morning. For clients with lower frequencies (weekly, fortnightly), a fixed delivery day is agreed.
Yes. Our industrial machinery is dimensioned precisely to absorb Easter and summer peaks without lowering quality or raising prices. Regular clients have capacity reserved.
We use individual barcodes on every garment. This lets us always know which client each piece belongs to, how many washes it has accumulated, and avoid mixes between clients.
If a garment is damaged through our fault, we replace or compensate as agreed. For client garments with high unit value, specific insurance can be arranged. In the rental service, replacement is included.
It depends on volume, textile type and frequency. We work with per-kilogram, per-piece, or monthly rental rates depending on the service. We prepare a tailored quote within 48 hours after a no-obligation visit.
Yes. We offer a no-obligation trial so you can evaluate results before signing a contract. That way you can verify quality and punctuality under your real operating conditions.
Yes. We handle technical workwear with careful programmes based on the fabric, soil level and manufacturer care instructions. For PPE or certified garments, we recommend checking the technical sheet and the wash-cycle limits indicated by the manufacturer.
It is a proprietary web platform we provide to our linen rental clients. From a mobile or computer, the restaurant can place orders anytime, see order status and view the full history. Access is provided upon contracting the service.
You call us, send a WhatsApp or fill out the contact form. We arrange a visit to your establishment, assess your needs, and send an economic proposal within 48 hours. If you accept, we start the first route within 7-10 days.
